This is important such that we can legally indemnify the information you are supplying. MSC is not an employer, you are eligible for a stipend for your work that will be paid as a dividend of our total observation budget at the closing of the season (October 31st 2018). A $50 Membership Fee will be deducted from the amount owing, at the submission of your first Observation Report. We require you to hold a current minimum AST2 Certification (or equivalent), and provide this (just a photo will do) to our hello@mountainsportscollective.org address. You will need to have +100 days in the specific backcountry terrain you are reporting on.  Or make a submission for an exemption based on experience. In the meantime we will get the ball rolling with a few quick details. Obs level 1 & 2 need simply join and we can do the background.
