Mountain Safety Collective is a not-for-profit organisation focused on providing conditions reports for backcountry users throughout the Australian snow season. We do this by employing certified professionals to collect observation data and then produce reports and forecasts based on Canadian Avalanche Association standards. Beyond forecasting, we advocate for the backcountry community with government and industry whilst encouraging backcountry education. All of this takes funding and support beyond our individual membership program, so our heartfelt thanks go to the following organisations.
