Mountain Safety Collective (MSC) relies on our public membership program to sustain our professional backcountry conditions reports and related initiatives for Australian backcountry users. As a not-for-profit association, every new and renewing MSC member fee helps keep observation and forecasting teams in the Victoria and New South Wales mountains, so thank you for your support!
When you sign up through the membership drive period, you receive benefits like an on-demand member-pack, 35% off MSC merchandise, discounts to MSC events, exclusive access to MSC maps and discounts from key sponsors.

Rush Jacket is a light, durable shell jacket designed for ski and snowboard touring, built as a light, durable backcountry shell that supports efficient ascents and dependable protection for the descent.
With lighter GORE-TEX PRO ePE fabric that offers the same high-level durability you depend on in the backcountry, the updated Rush Jacket emphasises efficiency for the ascent without sacrificing comfort—or the performance you demand for the descent. A new fit allows easier access to additional zippered pockets and uses less fabric, making it simpler to transition and head back up for another lap.
Winners receive a code to choose their size, colour and gender style online.
Pushing the iconic SHIFT recipe to new heights, Salomon’s SHIFT² bindings are trailblazing a new era of downhill skiability and uphill experience. Meticulously redesigned, these 13 DIN bindings elevate your skiing experience while remaining faithful to the revolutionary concept that made the original SHIFT bindings stand out.
The Power Block technology features a revolutionary Single Block aluminium insert that enhances your boot's support, delivering an impressive 30% increase in lateral stiffness. This binding’s convenient switch, full heel rotation, and PIN toe design combine the ease needed for touring with the reliability you want charging down. Made with Carbon-infused PA, aluminum, and steel, these bindings are stripped to the basics for less weight while keeping all the safety and support tech you need.
With exceptional coverage and additional eye shields, the Devour Glacial sunglasses give extra protection in the very brightest conditions.
The sunglasses feature fully adjustable temples and nose piece, making it easy to find a secure fit for every head shape. You'll see clearly in every direction thanks to a frame design that maximises peripheral vision.
Clarity lens technology controls the colour spectrum and is fine-tuned for use on snow and in brighter environments, all while giving complete UV protection (UV400). A Ri-Pel lens treatment protects from dirt, oil and water, and an anti-scratch coating ensures your vision is always at its best.
Lenses are easy to swap, and a spare clear lens is included, making the sunglasses ideal for use in a wide variety of conditions.
