Terrain and travel advice
Poor visibility is expected today. Be prepared for whiteout navigation.

Caution in the alpine due to widespread icy surface conditions.

In the subalpine there is enough cover for some cautious riding, but factor the icy surface conditions into your planned lines.

Daily Discussion
If the weather forecast holds true, the next two days will see rain to the highest peaks. This is going to make for limited visibility and wet conditions.

The silver lining? There is snow forecast to follow the rain and there is a good base so far. Let’s hope not too much gets washed away later today/tomorrow.

Confidence: STRONG

We need your eyes too. If you’ve been touring in the Alpine National Park we’d love to know what you have seen. Every little bit helps.
