Terrain and travel advice
Caution in the alpine due to widespread icy surface conditions. Look to solar aspects for softer conditions around the middle of the day.

In the subalpine there is enough cover for some cautious riding, but factor the icy surface conditions into your planned lines.

Don’t forget your sunscreen!

Daily Discussion

The overnight below-zero temps have made the snow surface bulletproof this morning.

In the subalpine the snowpack is supportive with a decent cover for mid June. However there are still plenty of obstacles.

In the alpine, surface conditions are icy.

Enjoy the sun and the main range views!

We need your eyes too. If you’ve been touring in the Alpine National Park we’d love to know what you have seen. Every little bit helps.
