Terrain and travel advice
Be prepared for whiteout navigation if venturing into the alpine today.

Travel in the subalpine is still suboptimal and many early season hazards exist.

Daily Discussion
Without a significant change, early season conditions persist, particularly in the subalpine where the snow coverage is still very shallow. The dribs and drabs of precipitation are slowly helping build the winter snowpack, but we are still waiting for the next storm to deliver.
