Travel & Terrain advice:
With a bit of fresh snow on the ground, less than many had hoped, eyes are on the horizon for the precipitation event due this afternoon. There’s 12cm on the ground at mid elevations, likely some significant drifting up in the alpine so there’s rideable/skiable pockets on very thin cover. Winds easing and more snow on the way.

12cm of fresh snow at mid elevation, 30+cm in drifting areas lee to the north and west. Some of these areas have a shallow hard base now thanks to low overnight temps (-2˚).
